Terms of Service
These terms describe the setup and support relationship for InboundFirst's first-response lead workflows. They may be updated as the service changes.
Services
InboundFirst provides setup and maintenance services for lead intake, response templates, follow-up workflows, booking handoffs, and related operational documentation.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details, service information, and routing rules.
- Review and approve message templates before launch.
- Confirm that submitted information may be used to configure the requested workflow.
- Maintain compliance with industry-specific rules, advertising rules, and customer consent requirements.
Access and third-party tools
Clients may be asked to connect or invite InboundFirst to limited third-party tools such as calendars, forms, CRMs, or automation platforms. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Standard setup does not require clients to share passwords. InboundFirst starts with low-access methods such as forwarding, notification recipients, booking links, approved templates, simple lead logs, and limited user invitations. If deeper access is needed for an optional workflow, it should be approved in writing and limited to the specific setup work requested.
No guaranteed results
We aim to improve response speed and operational consistency, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue outcomes.
