Privacy Policy
This policy explains how InboundFirst handles business setup details submitted through the website and onboarding process. It may be updated as the service adds new integrations or support options.
Information we collect
We collect business setup details submitted through onboarding forms, including business name, contact information, website, services, lead sources, booking links, routing preferences, and workflow notes.
How we use information
We use submitted information to prepare lead-response workflows, communicate with the business, draft approved templates, and support the services requested by the client.
What we avoid collecting
We do not ask for passwords, bank account information, tax records, government identification numbers, or broad admin access during standard onboarding.
Limited-access setup
Standard InboundFirst setup is designed to work without client passwords. We use the lowest-access path that can support the requested workflow, such as lead email forwarding, form notification recipients, booking links, shared inbox aliases, approved message templates, simple lead logs, or limited user invitations.
Client data and access
If a client later grants access to a calendar, CRM, inbox, or automation tool, access should be limited to the workflow being installed and approved in writing before use. Clients may revoke tool access according to the settings of those platforms.
